Unlimited/All Classes
Entitles you to attend any and all classes offered on Alive MMA's schedule.  All Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing, CrossFit, and Yoga classes are available to Unlimited Members! We offer over 115 different classes per week. The Unlimited Membership also includes use of all fitness and exercise equipment, mat space, boxing equipment, and use of the sauna.  $119* / month.

 

Unlimited Grappling Membership
Entitles you to all Jiu-Jitsu, Judo/Sambo, and Wrestling classes offered on the schedule, over 25 classes a week. The Grappling Membership also includes use of fitness and exercise equipment, mat space, and use of the sauna.  $99* / month.

 

Unlimited CrossFit Membership
Entitles you to the over 30 classes per week offered on CrossFit Woodstock's schedule. Also includes use of fitness and exercise equipment and use of the sauna.  $119* / month.

 

Unlimited Kickboxing / Boxing Membership
Entitles you to the over 30 Kickboxing/Boxing classes offered on a weekly basis.  Also includes use of fitness and exercise equipment, boxing equipment, and use of the sauna. $99 /month.

 

Kid's Membership
Entitles your child (2 1/2-16 years old) to all 6 Kid's Classes held during the week. Kids may also participate in all other classes offered at Alive MMA and CrossFit Woodstock with Coach’s permission. Parent’s welcome to participate in Kid’s Classes at no charge. $99 / month.

 

Family Membership
Anyone, no matter their relation, can add-on to your account.  The 1st add-on receives. 30% off any membership option they enroll in.  The 2nd add-on and every add-on after receives 50% off any membership they enroll in.

 

Facility Membership
A Facility membership includes complete use of the full facility and amenities without the option of attending classes.  All membership options no matter the membership have complete use of any part of the facility as long as there are no classes in session.  Classes have first rights to gym space and amenities. (Example: a Grappling Member has access to the Cross-Fit area and equipment or Boxing area and equipment as long as their is no class in session.) $49 / month.

 

Drop-in Classes - Open Matt - Sauna  
You can attend any class on the schedule, use the gym (including the sauna) for one session,
or attend an Open Mat for $10 the first class and $15 each additional class, session,
or Open Mat after that.

 

New Member Orientations
Every member gets a one hour free orientation with our head fitness trainer.  During this hour you will have a chance to go over your fitness goals, nutrition, routines, schedules, and class structures.  You will also receive a free assessment including a postural enhacement and body composition.
